Regarding the video clip, it is very easy.
1. Go to www.youtube.com and open an account (It's free!)
2. Upload your video clip to your youtube account
3. After upload the video, there is a "Embed" address for that video. Copy them and paste to your blog address in the HTML format. That's it!
